هدف اصلی کمیته بین الملل ارتقاء کیفیت جوانان در سطح بین‌الملل و گسترش فعالیت های جهانی مرتبط با شبکه اعضای جوان ایران است.
وظایف آن به این شرح است:
۱_پیگیری مستمر تحولات جهانی در راستای مدیریت پروژه
۲_مستندسازی تجربیات موفق و الگوهای برتر بین المللی
۳_ارائه ی راهکار برای ارتقاء مستمر شبکه سازی در بین الملل
۴_بسترسازی برای توسعه ی ارتباطات بین المللی
۵_همکاری فعال با کمیته های متعدد شبکه اعضای جوان
۶_اطلاع رسانی در راستای شبکه اعضای جوان ایران
۷_تبادل تجربیات و ارتقاء کیفیت در تراز جهانی
۸_انعکاس فعالیت های شبکه اعضای جوان در سطوح فرامرزی

محمد معهود؛ رئیس کمیته
Mohammad Mahoud is currently a Teaching & Research Assistant for the post-graduate construction/ project management students at the University. In addition to this, he is a PhD candidate in Project & Construction Management and holds a Master Degree in Construction Engineering Management and a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering. He has been involved in field practice and academic and applied research projects. Moreover, He is the author and co-author of more than 100 scientific research articles in prestigious national/ international conferences and scientific journals. Due to his scientific and research background, he is an International Reviewer of the Infrastructure Asset Management Journal – Proceedings of the Institution of Civil Engineers (UK), the Asian Journal of Civil Engineering (Building and Housing) from proceedings of the Springer Nature, and Editorial Board Member of the Project Leadership and Society Journal from proceedings of the ELSEVIER. Outside of academia; he has more than ten years of managing and development experience. He is the Founder CEO of 3M-CEPM R&D Institute. It is worth mentioning that he is the first Iranian to be present at the accredited Jury Individual Prizes of the International Project Management Association (IPMA). He has been selected as Judge of the IPMA YPMY Award, the YC GeCCo, and the IPMA PMY Award. Furthermore, he has been nominated as the candidate for the IPMA YC Chairperson Election. Recently, he has been selected as Judges Coordinator from IPMA YPMY and Local Organizers Management for Asian Countries.
